Behind the Yellow and Gray Walls

Confession : I cannot work without coffee.

Last July, during those dull moments of my life, I did nothing but to search for places where I can work peacefully while enjoying a community of people who loves coffee as well. And while walking the humble street of Rosa Alvero along Katipunan Avenue, I found a quiet coffee shop called Brown Paper Project : A Coffee Community. And as I entered the glass door, the first thing that welcomed me is a community who happened to be curious who am I or what am I looking for.

The ones who welcomed me are Jerome and Keith (he happens to be one of the partners of the shop).

For those who smoke, BPP Cafe has a smoking area. ๐Ÿšฌ๐Ÿšฌ๐Ÿšฌ

I initially ordered my Iced White plus Bacon and Cheese Sandwich to keep my creative juices going (‘coz no one’s gonna be able to work with a hungry tummyย ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚) and good thing, I was able to accomplish some stuff and at the same time, watch Game of Thrones with the community. (Thank you Keith for the invite!)

Aside from being able to create and work in the cafe, I think what keeps me coming back is the fact that I get to meet new friends and encounter people with different stories. And because I really love the cafe and the community, I volunteered to write their menu board.

PS : For more updated menu, you can go at the cafe ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ the cafe is worth the visit JUST SAYING!!!

Sharing some photos I manage to take every time I visit/work.

Brown Paper Project is located at 75B Rosa Alvero Street, Xavierville, Barangay Loyola Heights, QC. (If you are coming from Katipunan, Rosa Alvero is the street with Shakey’s and McDonalds. Or if you are using Waze app, you can simply search Brown Paper Project.)
